Welcome to DataDefender. By accessing or using the DataDefender website, mobile app, or any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Basic Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You may not post or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• You are responsible for any activity under your access.
• Do not impersonate others, collect login data, or violate privacy.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. User Conduct

• You may not disrupt or harm the Service.
• Spamming, unauthorized automation, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Parts of the Service may require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• Payments are handled via App Store. You can manage or cancel via your device’s account settings.
• Free trials, if offered, will auto-renew unless canceled beforehand.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content but grant DataDefender a license to use it for operating the Service.

We own all rights to our software, branding, and content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DataDefender against any claims related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration. You waive the right to class action lawsuits. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting us at support@datadefender.xyz.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any legal action must be brought in Santa Clara County, California.
